Delete Account
1. In the app
Open Rhetoriq → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm in the dialogue box. There is no subscription to cancel: Rhetoriq works with one-time credit packages. Any remaining credits will be lost upon deletion.
2. What is deleted
- Your Firebase Auth account (Google or email/password)
- Synchronised history (analyses, exercises, badges) on our server
- Your usage record including remaining credits
- Local data on the device used to delete the account
3. What remains
- Purchase receipts without user ID
- Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics
- Anonymous aggregates in Analytics (not traceable to your account)
4. Without the app
Have you deleted the app? Email appdev020@proton.me from the address linked to your Rhetoriq account. We process requests manually.
